Sun BPO Solutions understands that business needs can evolve. This policy outlines the procedures for canceling our services, following industry standard practices.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel our services, please provide us with a written cancellation notice via email. The notice should clearly state your intent to cancel, the date you wish the cancellation to take effect, and the specific service(s) being canceled.

Notice Periods:

  • Digital Marketing Services:
    • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required before the cancellation takes effect. This aligns with industry standards to allow for responsible campaign wind-down and minimize disruption to your marketing efforts.
  • BPO Services:
    • Per-Hour Billing & Project-Based Pricing: You may cancel with 14 days’ written notice. This timeframe is common in the BPO industry and allows us to finalize invoicing and staffing adjustments. Any unused hours or incomplete projects will be reflected in the final invoice.
    • Ongoing Services (SLAs): SLAs typically have defined termination clauses. Please refer to your specific SLA for the cancellation process and any associated fees.

    Early Termination Fees:

  • Digital Marketing Services: In some cases, early termination of digital marketing services may result in fees to cover:
    • Non-refundable third-party advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) already committed at the time of cancellation.
    • Specific project deliverables already completed that cannot be repurposed for future campaigns.
  • BPO Services: There are generally no early termination fees for per-hour billing or project-based pricing beyond the cost of completed work. However, ongoing SLA terminations may incur fees as outlined in your specific agreement, which may include:
    • Pro-rated costs for resources allocated to your project.
    • Additional charges to cover unexpected project closure tasks.

Our Commitment:

We will work with you to ensure a smooth cancellation process. We will provide a final invoice reflecting any applicable charges and credits within 10 business days of your cancellation notice. We are committed to transparency and fair resolution.
